We aim to procure and ship items within the timeframe specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is typically between 1 to 8 business days.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Laptomart.com. The listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is the exact amount you will pay. Delivery charges, if applicable, are not hidden and depend on our shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

What if the warehouse does not ship to my area?

Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven’t provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Factors that may affect delivery include:

Why is the CoD option not available in my location?

I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returning items is easy! Customers can send products back for replacement through any reputed courier service. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered by Laptomart. To expedite the process, we encourage customers to send products directly.

What do the different tags like “In Stock,” “Available,” etc., mean?

• In Stock: Items listed as “In Stock” will have a delivery time specified based on your pin code (usually 2-3 business days in areas with standard courier service). In other areas, orders may be sent via Registered Post through India Post, which could take 1-2 weeks.

• Available: Items may not be currently in stock but can be procured once an order is placed. Delivery time will depend on procurement and shipping times.

• Preorder/Forthcoming: These items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-ordered. They will be shipped on the official release date, typically arriving within 2-6 business days. Preorder durations may vary.

• Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable for sale. Use the “Notify Me” feature to be alerted when it becomes available.

• Back In Stock Soon: The item is popular and sold out, but you can place a ‘book’ order, and it will be shipped according to the timelines provided by Laptomart.com.

• Temporarily Unavailable: The product is out of stock but may be available soon. Use the “Notify Me” feature for updates.

• Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available due to obsolescence or discontinuation of production.

• Out of Print: This product is not available as it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
