Return Policy – 7 Days

We offer a 7-day return policy for all laptops purchased from Laptomart. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the laptop within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the laptop must be in the same condition as it was received — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Any issues with the laptop must be reported within 7 days of receipt.


Warranty Coverage

Hardware Warranty Periods

Laptops: 1-year service warranty. If any parts need replacement during this period, the customer must pay for the parts; labor and diagnostics are free.
Monitors: 30-day warranty.
Desktops: 3-month warranty.

Warranty Details

Parts Warranty:
We provide a 3-month warranty for key hardware components such as RAM and SSD (Solid State Drive). If any issues occur with these parts within the warranty period, we will repair them at no additional cost.

Service Warranty:
All laptops come with a 1-year service warranty. This includes free diagnostics and repair services related to manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions.
Note: If parts need replacement during this period, the customer is responsible for the cost of the parts. Labor and diagnostics are free.
